Baby First Cold 😔 Any tips????

My LO is 10wks old and she have a cold. She was up all night coughing, and was throwing up, and isn't eating like normal, and barely making wet diapers, but no fever.... I took her to the er, they said it's just a cold, and not to give her Tylenol because it might hide a fever. If she was to get one. I used the humidifier and that helped, but does anyone have any other tips on how to make her comfortable? Thanks ladies
