Any of this related or am I just psyching myself out?

So Thursday night, my SO and I had sex. A few minutes without a condom, then the rest of the time with one. I'm not on BC. I've been having brown discharge ever since, I threw up three times in the middle of the night last night, and now my lower back is in horrible pain! However, I did go out to eat around noon yesterday, and got sick around 6 up until about 1 in the morning. Could it be food poisoning or could I be pregnant? I'm probably over thinking this big time, but reassurance would be nice lol.
