5 follicles on Femara

Please someone tell me they’ve run into something similar... I took 2.5 Femara days 3-7 then on CD10 got a positive opk! Went for ultrasound on CD11 and had 5 follicles between 12mm and 13mm. They all looked fine but smaller - doctor said that I will probably ovulate about a week later and that sometimes if the lh surge comes early you’ll get a second one that will really work... so I’m hoping for that second surge now.

Does this seem normal? Also what are the chances that all 5 follicles grow to the right size? Did anyone have 5 around CD11 and then end up with less at ovulation?
