Implantation bleeding?

Ok so any advice would be great, I'm not 100% on when I ovulated but I did have what seemed to be a pos pulsation test on the 13th so I think I ovulated on the 12th but anyways, I have been checking my cervix and it had been low than went high than I thought it went low again but now my cervix is high and really soft but it's closed and yesterday I woke up to some bleeding so I thought it was my period but it didn't even last an hour, I checked my cervix a free it stopped and it was still up high and really soft and no trace of blood at all, this morning I chef it and it was still high and soft and my cm was a creamy color, is it possible that it was implantation bleeding? It would have been about 14 days past ovulation
