Does Formula make them sleep longer?

I’ve been exclusively breast feeding/pumping.

At night i give him a bottle to keep him more full since he always falls asleep on my boob.

He’s 3 months now. And I’m lucky to say sleeps haven’t been that bad. Usually goes down at 9:30pm doesn’t wake me up till 3 or 4am for dream feed then up by 9am.

But lately it has changed to waking me up almost every hour or 2. I’ve turned into a zombie.

I was thinking about giving him formula at night and breastmilk during the day. Since i heard formula keeps them full longer.

Does anyone Do breastmilk during Day formula at night?

Do they sleep longer?

Or is this just a milestone and will go back to sleep longer again?

Should i just keep getting up every hour till he’s old enough to sleep train.
