Sexual abuse

This is very difficult to talk about, but I don’t have anyone to ask these questions to and doctor visits are expensive.About 11days ago I was sexually abused. I went to the ER I was checked and given pills to cover different diseases and pregnancy. I went on the 3rd day after the incident, he brought my period on and lasted 5 days. After that I got my period again 4 days after. It’s been very heavy, a lot of blood clots and really bad cramps. I’m wondering if there might be something wrong? Could I be pregnant & if I am could I be having a miscarriage?
