42 days late 😫 pregnant or not?!

So my period is still super late I went to my obgyn for the first time and odviously the gave me a pregnancy test (my third time taking one for this scare) and it came back negative like the others however I went to the obgyn on Friday on Monday I had unprotected sex I feel like if I got pregnant from that time it would have been to early for a test. This Friday I went out with my uncle and some friends to hooters I had been sick for a few days. When we sat down I darted to get really hot and as soon as my food came I ate a few fries and ran outside to throw up ( I never throw up even if I'm sick) I don't know if I should take a test or not I feel like maybe I'm just over reacting but mostly I don't know if I should tell him or not. please comment ladies
