Leaking nipples

sorry if this is the wrong group to post this in. So, I was making breakfast this morning and felt my shirt wet. I looked down and had a tiny wet spot. I squeezed my breast and a white-ish little dot of liquid came out. Squeezed the other one and same thing. Idk what it could be, I'm pretty positive I am NOT pregnant. I had my pap smear done in January and everything was good. I did have a miscarriage in March, I was 10 weeks. Has anyone have this happened to them?
