Is it to early to test?

Okay I'm like 5-6 days away from AF and I am wondering if it is to early to test. This month was the first time my husband and I used opks and so I was wondering. Please help and give me some advice

I would buy a cheapie and test you never know if it negative give it a few more days

It really depends on your cycle. Do you have a long luteal phase (ovulation to AF) and when did you ovulate? I start testing about 9-10 DPO.

I took 3 different tests 6 days before AF. An Amazon cheapie, a dollar store test, and a first response test. The only one I got a positive on was the first response. They require less hormone to get a positive, so they're more accurate this early on. It's best to wait until you miss your period, but if you just can't wait (I know I couldn't!) I would suggest a first response test :) best of luck!
