TTC after miscarriage

Has anyone else TTC after miscarriage? I am 29 yrs old and we conceived in June after 1 try. We were pregnant with triplets and lost them in August. We want to try again in November (3 mos after) but I'm having trouble figuring out my ovulation schedule now. I had my first period Sept 4-9th and Sept 14 started taking ovulation tests. I've been showing a LH surge every day up until yesterday. Today I finally tested negative. Has anyone ever experienced this? My guess is my hormones are out of whack after the miscarriage? I've heard of some people getting pregnant right away after miscarriage but I don't Feel pregnant like last time. I knew I was right away last time. Any input would be appreciated. TIA!
