Exercise during pregnancy....?

Hey all

My husband and I just found out we are expecting with our first! This is all so exciting and nerve wracking! I'm curious though what you all think or know from experience in working out during pregnancy? I am a pretty active person and workout 5 days a week. Last month I started a DVD workout called T25 focus by Shawn T. The same guy who does the insanity dvds. I'm now on the beta round of the workouts. Will I be ok if I continue on with these workouts?! I would love to hear thoughts and/or experiences :) Thank you.
