At 11 this older guy almost 30 years old would buy me stuff in exchange of him f*cking me when ever he wanted or making me give him head. This went on for a couple of years until I was 13. My question is, would that be considered rape or something. I would always cry and get happy after he would give me gifts. But now that I am older I feel like I was a slut.

Well, yes it was rape. You didn't know better and he was coercing you to do those things and make you feel better by buying you things. :( It makes sense why you feel confused about it.
