help getting started :)
I’m 16 currently and I’m blessed to have a high metabolism since I’m still growing. But I know that eventually my body will slow down so I would like to form healthy habits early. I want to start eating healthier and exercising more but I have such a hard time staying committed! Does anyone have tips on how to stay motivated and how to eat healthier without completely restricting my diet? I also want to lose some fat on my legs and stomach area. Any suggestions would be great :) ❤️
