Swollen hands/Carpal tunnel 😞

Waking up crying in the middle of the night, it was so bad. My husband made me go to the ER bc We had no idea what was going on. I got diagnosed w/ carpal tunnel when I was around 17 weeks pregnant. I am now 37, & it is worse than ever! Between then & now it got better a little bit but never went away. Now it’s horrible to the point my finger tips hurt writing this out. They burn, My hands are so swollen and I can’t fully open them. They are so sore from hurting every day. My bones are sore. Anybody else have this or had this?

Splints, heat, ice, nothing works at all at this point. Splints USE to help sort of but now nothing. (embarrassed of my hands, they’re huge. I had to cut my marriage ring off and take my ring off from my deceased bestfriend😞)

My DR said this will go away as soon as I deliver but I am so paranoid that it won’t.
