so, today, i subscribed to glow's premium thingy through the summer sale. it only costs 345 yen ($4?) monthly so i said yea wtv okay! and then when i checked my bank account today, it says that 3,900 yen ($39) has been taken out by Glow. I checked and i am subscribed to the annual thing which is not what i subscribed to. I can't send anything to glow's 'report a problem' so i used the 'help center' instead but idk if that's helpful. i also reported this to apple. i'm really stressed right now. i know $39 isn't that big but it's still my money!

anybody else experience this or anything like this?
