Positive hpt but now bleeding...chemical?

I started spotting at 10 dpo. But I felt different. Spotted all day yesterday and my boobs were super sore. This morning I took a test with fmu (see pic) but now bleeding heavier like a regular period. Is this a chemical?

Id go to the doctor , I was bleeding while pregnant and I had a hematoma , so a constant hemorrhage but I was still pregnant and healthy .
