Need opinion, but I'm probably crazy.

I'm 3 days late and I'm never late and I mean never. I took a pregnancy test on the day I was supposed to start and nothing. TMI but my nipples are killing me and that's a new symptom for me. I'm also having very light cramping which isnt usual I usually have terrible cramps by now.

Could I possibly be pregnant it's just not showing up on tests yet? Or am I probably crazy and just going to miss my period <- I know I'm probably just hopeful. But I never skip my period
