Implantation bleeding? TMI (picture included)

On the 14th i had a sharp pain. I went to the restroom and wiped. It's been the same amount of blood for 3 days now and no cramping at all. I took a pregnancy test it was a vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvfl but disappeared once it dried. *picture below* Am i implanting? Is this implantation bleeding? I wore a pad to be sure but no blood transferred on to it and only comes out when i wipe. Only other symptoms i'm having is some back pain, dull feeling in my lower abdomen and sensitive teeth! Sound off below :)
