Clomid/IUI/Ultrasound

So last month my doctor decided that we should do a medicated

IUI

... This has been my first month on Clomid... Yesterday and today I got very positive ovulation tests... And today was my follow up ultrasound to see if the meds are helping me produce more eggs... Well the ultrasound tech did all my measurements... on my right side I have I guess two eggs measuring 8.2mm and 8.8mm (I’m saying I guess because they did not tell me what they were measuring) and on the left I have one 15mm and 8.2... My lining is at 8. something... I’m waiting for my doctors call this afternoon for my results and what he thinks... Does it look like I’m on the right track???
