I feel so stressed today. We’ve been TTC for almost a year and had a M/C in January. I feel like I’m putting so much pressure on the situation that it’s now stressing my husband out and causing issues with us. I’m really struggling to deal with the pain since no longer having the Mirena coil or taking ibuprofen. I have a large cyst but they won’t operate yet as they think it will reduce my fertility. All of my friends are currently pregnant or have just had a baby and I feel completely alone. It all seemed just so easy for them and they just tell me to chill out. Does anyone have any tips with how to cope and not let it consume you’re entire life?
