Pregnant ???

I’m currently on the depo shot since I couldn’t get the implant one until January 2020 , I had a period 2 weeks ago lasted 4 days then I had sex. That Saturday and Sunday then I started a period this past Monday and it’s been a week still on it and I’m cramping about every day ? I usually only cramp the day ima get my period ? I’m still bleeding but light but when I pee I see more blood come out not to much! I don’t have any pregnant symptoms .. it might be the depo shot messed up my cycle ? I have a period that isn’t same dates . It changes dates all the time but cramps are stronger than usual .
