Think I miscarried. ..
I'm 95% sure I miscarried. Found out friday, with a few positive tests and blood work, and at 3 am today I woke with cranps, spotting and one fairly large passage of tissue amd now my period all day..... calling first thing in am... but.... ugh, I don't know
