should we have sex?

So look, I am 22 + 6 weeks and my husband and I want to have sex but the problem is that he is afraid that something bad will happen to the babies even though the doctor said there was no problem. We have tried but when he starts to suck my boobs they (the babies) start to move and sometimes when we have a lot of pleasure that also happens and as he thinks something bad is happening to them we stopped but as I am bothered by that and I do not know what to do.
