Help needed but not for the faint hearted

So I’m currently 17weeks pregnant everything was going well but due to complications I have been told by my doctor I’m going to need a D&E but my local hospital does not do this and I’ve been told I have to travel upto 2hours away for the procedure and must have someone with me as I’ll be put under anaesthetic I told the doctor I can’t travel that far on my own and I have no one to come with me I’m stuck and don’t know what to do there must be someplace closer to my home town. Ps I’m In the uk 🇬🇧
