Plan b Vs fertile days issue¿?

Please some respond!!!! soo I had unprotected sex on June 15 around 12/1 am in the morning... he didn’t cum in me he actually didn’t cum at all lol.. but I’m scared that it was pre cum in me.. cause every time he went in or try to finger me It hurt cause I was really dry, lol I don’t know if that means my fertile stop or what? (yes I’m really dumb for having unprotected sex I was into the zone) BUT I went to get plan B the next day on Sunday around 11 in the morning soo that was like 38 hourish either way I was still in the time frame but I got 85% it might work cause I took it not in the 24 hour time frame BUT either way I had sex on my last fertile day!!... sooo am I still gonna get pregnant?? 😩 tryna avoid pregnancy cause my mama gonna whoop my ass (I’m 18 btw) we had sex two times btw but the first time it was protected but he finished in the condom but idk if he peed or not but Ik he whipe off his dick but the second time he didn’t use protection so idk if there was still Semen in him or not... I’m always horny on my fertile days!!🥺 I need stop being grown and having sex unless i wanna be pregnant I’m sooo dumb!!
