Help!! I just found out I was pregnant (first pregnancy) today but am more worried than excited. I’ve been experiencing moderate to severe pelvic and lower back pain the past week, sometimes localized on my right side. I have endometriosis and PCOS and my right tube has some blockage/scar tissue.

I’m extremely worried that it might be an ectopic pregnancy? I’m going to call my doctor tomorrow but I don’t know if I can get an ultrasound yet. The conceptual age of the baby is 3 weeks and gestational age 5 weeks, 3 days. I thought ultrasounds only pick up on pregnancies greater than 6 weeks?

I’m extremely nervous. My husband and I have been TTC for over a year and really hope this works out. Anyone else have severe cramps/spasms during first couple weeks of pregnancy?
