Casual hookups??

I never had that high school phase where hooking up was a part of the experience... I got into my first relationship when I was 18, stayed committed until I was 23. Now that it’s over and I’ve had my time to move on, I realized I don’t want anything serious for a while but I wouldn’t mind being casual with others...

Now, I live in a city where std’s are high in percentage and part of the reason why I stayed single for so long before 18 was because I was scared to catch something in the first place. Now that I’m a lot older, I’m sure men my age have had a lot more experience, which leads me back to being scared of catching something.

I know that there are condoms to prevent transmitting std’s but what about oral sex? I know a lot of men expect it and I don’t mind giving it but that makes me even more scared... lmao.

If you have stories, tips, or suggestions about how to do the whole “hooking-up” thing, I’d greatly appreciate it. TIA
