First gyno trip
So I have super irregular periods to a point where I’ve talked to my mom and she recommended I get a Pap smear and I’m so nervous because I’m a Virgin and I haven’t had anyone touch me or look at my vagina and all that. I heard the speculum can hurt and the whole thing is just kind of uncomfortable and I’m just super nervous
