When will you introduce bottle?

Question

I want to breastfeed, it’s going great!  But I will also need to pump and bottle feed for work. I’m currently pumping and breastfeeding, and she’s five days old. 
When will you all introduce bottle? Don’t want to do too soon or too late, ahh!

I will probably introduce a bottle after 2 weeks , but will most likely use one that mimics the boob and will see how that goes. Im afraid of nipple confusion.

We introduced right away with all three of my boys to give me a break and let daddy do some feedings! And by right away I mean when my milk came in and I was able to pump enough. Maybe one bottle a day. The trick is finding a bottle that they like! We went through so many before one stuck and have used that one ever since ventaire playtex. We plan to do the same with current and last baby.

With my first we introduced thw bottle at 2 or 3 days but he was having low blood sugars and we needed to add some formula to help, my milk was slow to come in and he was very tiny and had a hard time latching well. Once we got it all sorted out we were able to switch between boob and bottle with no problem. 
With this baby he is 4 days old today, again a smaller guy, again had a bit of a low blood sugar in hospital and we tried to give him a bit of formula but he wouldn’t take the bottle. But now that we’re home we did do bottle before bed last might because his latch sucks (seeing lactation consultant today) and he spent all day yesterday on the boob. My milk was in at then end of day 2 so I’m not worried about that. I honestly might stick with a bottle before bed so we get one really good stretch of sleep (was almost 4 hours last night) and then breastfeed the rest of the time (and we still get a solid 2.5-3 hours between the other feeds at night).
As for one that mimics nursing- we stuck with the calma nipple that fits in the medela pump bottles with my first. They are really long (just like your nipple becomes when baby nurses) and no matter how long you have them tipped over milk will only come out when they suck, they have to work for the milk same as at the breast so it helps keep that kind of flow and feeling for them.

I want to mix feed too. A lactation specialist told me 6 weeks but friends of mkund that have left it that late said it’s hard to get baby in bottle. So I’m going to try earlier

A Lactation consultant and the hospital nurses told me not for at least 4 weeks until breastfeeding is well established. But then baby girl ended up with jaundice in the hospital and all that went out the window. I had to start pumping right away and syringe/bottle feeding her when she was less than 2 days old (per pediatrician and with LC and nurses help). We have been supplementing my breastfeeding with bottles of pumped milk once or twice a day and she is 11 days old and no nipple confusion for us. We tried a few different bottles and ended up with the dr. Browns anti-colic bottles with preemie nipples and it’s working great so far!

I was told by between 4-5 weeks introduce the bottle so there won’t be any nipple confusion.

I will after a few weeks but in my breastfeeding class they say to have someone else feed baby with the bottle to avoid confusion.

Same boat! I mostly bottle feed pumped milk cause I have to go back to work so soon,m and I don’t want to be the only one stuck feeding her. we still do skin to skin and I occasionally nurse on demand so my body is triggered to produce more milk and we bond.

I am doing this currently but with formula as my milk supply and collestrum hasn't come in yet (Day 5 PP) and I didn't want to bottle feed..I do use the syringe while he is on my breast to help stimulate it but also the midwifes at hospital have been using a gloved finger.
