After a horrible pregnancy that lasted an extra 5 days past due date, I was induced at 7:30 AM on Friday, June 14, 2019. I went from 4 cm at 11 AM to 10 cm by 2:30 / 3 PM. I pushed for 3 long exhausting hours only to learn the baby was face up and stuck behind my pelvic bone. Two failed attempts to vacuum him past the pelvic bone resulted in an emergency c-section and our little boy, Lorenzo Antonio arrived into the world at 7:01 PM weighing in at a perfect weight of 7 lbs 12 oz and 19 inches. We finally came home today and I couldn’t even more exhausted and in so much pain but I am so in love with him it was all worth it 😍
