Periods

Hi I don’t have normal periods and experienced days of headaches and then discharge of brown almost like veins coming out in small amounts then it stopped. I now have pain in my ovaries and no period but trouble breathing and random aches. Anyone know what it is? I thought it might be a period but like it doesn’t feel right... I know my body and it has a period like one or twice a year or two if I’m lucky. I just really want the pain and breathing difficulties to go away. Moreover breathing difficulties. Last time I had breathing difficulty like this was when I was on birth control MONTHS ago like almost a year ago. I only took the pills for a month and had to stop because I am from a family of smokers and the second hand made it hard to breathe while on the pill.
