Spotting at 6 weeks??

Question

Did anyone else have light pink spotting at 6 weeks and go on to have a healthy pregnancy? I miscarried at 6 weeks on Christmas Day last year and am scared to death of another loss. 
I was in the hospital for severe HG yesterday and my hcg levels came back 17,986 and got an ultrasound done showing a sac measuring exactly 5 weeks 6 days but with no fetal pole yet!

I'm 6 weeks with twins and light spotting and the dr said it was implantation spotting for the placenta

I had period-like bleeding from 5 weeks to 11 weeks my first pregnancy. Delivered full term.
Still, check with your doctor. They might order a pair of blood tests for you, 2-3 days apart, to confirm that your numbers are on the rise.
