I think I have an STD?

So I thought I had thrush, as I had alot of vaginal itching. I used thrush cream and it seemed to go away. Its been about two weeks now and the itch is back, it sometimes burns a little to pee and I am getting cramps (although I am also on my period) I’m going to go to the doctor asap but I haven’t found time with my super busy life. Just wanted to know if anyone thinks this really is an STD or if it could be something else.

Make time for your health hopefully it’s just a more severe yeast infection that a prescription can clear right on up but you can never be too sure

I had a yeast infection (or thrush as you’re calling it) that was not cured by an over the counter cream. I thought it was cured but it came back and I got all freaked out. The symptoms sound the same but I got a prescription strength drug from an urgent care and it cleared right up. I don’t want to tell you it’s for sure not an STI. They did test me for Chlamydia because it has similar symptoms and is SUPER common. Nothing to do but see a doctor no matter what. I didn’t mind having the tests done though just for peace of mind.
