Discharge every time I go to the loo

Basically since I woke up this morning every time I go to the toilet and I wipe I've got a load of clear discharge on the tissue. The nicest way to describe it is almost like going to the toilet after baby dancing and the semen coming out.

It's not leaking, and not in my underwear just when I wipe after going for a wee. It's been like this for around 5 hours.

Normal or not?
