Nipple soreness

Ok so it 7dpo . Since last Sunday I’ve been having these lower stomach cramps on both sides but mostly by belly button. There like faint period cramps nothing major that I can’t handle just like light pinching it feels like. Also only one nipple is so sore but not the whole boob and normally both of my boobs are sore before a period . Just a little weird what do you think it could be?
