Crazy confused

So... My doctor put me on Clomid this month to get ready for an IUI... I did my Clomid 3-7... They told me to start testing with OPKs sooner than usual because sometimes it causes you to ovulate sooner... So I have been... Well Sunday night I got my LH surge CD13... I went to the doctor yesterday CD14 for my ultrasound to see if I had good eggs... The doctor calls me yesterday to say that I ovulated already and to try just BD this month... But I didn’t get one positive opk until late Sunday night and Early Monday morning... So did I release an egg super early...
