I'm currently 31 weeks and the past two days I've had constant achy cramps on the lower right side of my belly that worsens when I lay on that side.

I don't think its round ligament pain because for me personally that pain is quick and intense but goes away after a minute or so. This pain has been constant and achy, rather than sharp and intense.

Baby has been moving normally, no contractions, no bleeding, no nausea.

Is this worth calling the doctor? Or just a normal pregnancy pain?
