Rice Cereal Vs. Oatmeal Cereal for bottle
So I want to try incorporating cereal in the bottle for bedtime and see if that helps my 7month old sleep better. But I have no idea how to mix it (amounts) and if it makes a difference if its rice or oatmeal cereal. Help!
