Seeking insight/advice!!

I apologize if this is the wrong group I am just seeking some insight/advice. I have a 4 month old so am not TTC and am currently taking the mini pill (which I heard isn’t always great) because I am paranoid I took a test (see picture, this is 3 days old which I know you should never trust) the reason I dug this out of the trash is because I am now bleeding VERY heavily (emptying my cup every hour), I have cramps, and a slight fever.. so I thought I’d check if there was for sure no second line. Could it be a miscarriage? Again, sorry if this is the wrong group to post in. Thanks in advance ladies.
