Yesterday was my first day back to work. I work 12 hr shifts so my son was at my moms from 7-8pm and got about 22oz of pumped milk. But yesterday I only pumped 17.5oz at work.

Does that mean I’m not making enough milk? When I’m home with my son he nurses frequently throughout the day and always seems satisfied with plenty of wet diapers.

Yesterday I pumped in the car on the way to work and got 6.5oz, at 10am I got 5oz, at 1pm I got 3 oz and at 4pm I got 3oz. I nursed when I got home at 8.

This is all new to me so I’m worried my supply is low and I’m not making enough. :(
