First appointment

I had my first appointment this past Friday.. Due April 14th had so many beautiful things to look forward too a new baby coming is always such a blessing.. I had an ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. This situation is so surreal how could this happen why why why? I'm heartbroken and crushed. Now I'm just waiting to miscarry and it is the worst part. I don't know what to expect so many emotions mixed in..
