Sandals with ugly feet?

What would you do for summer shoes if you had ugly feet? I mean, I take care of them, get pedicures and always have them painted...they’re just ugly because of the shape and odd angles of my toes. I always feel self-conscious like people are staring at my feet. At the same time, flats give me blisters on the tops of my toes too, even if I go up a size. The style doesn’t work with my feet. I also know it’s not flattering to wear sneakers with sun dresses and stuff like that, so I’m at a loss.
