Working out while nursing

I’ve read that working out can cause an increase in lactic acid that can make your milk taste bad.

I’m also afraid of burning too many calories and not having enough to produce milk.

I’m not working out to lose weight. I used to workout everyday before getting pregnant. I want to gain back all the strength I lost. Plus it just makes me feel good!

I just wanted to hear some experiences from other nursing mamas!
