Is he right?

I told him he makes me feel insecure about our relationship he said it’s ALL my fault I feel that. I said no you’re the one who gets pissed and when you do you ask for a divorce been this way for months  and than when you are calm you don’t want one you don’t reassure me otherwise.
So is he right this is all my fault that I feel insecure about our relationship???

It’s both your faults.
He shouldn’t throw that word around unless he’s 100% set on getting one. If my husband threatened a divorce every day I think I’d feel insecure too. But I think you both may need marriage counseling or something to help improve communication and problem solving.

I mean. It is your fault in the sense that you're staying in an unstable marriage.
Being insecure about your marriage  just means you're unsure about your marriage. Staying in an unstable marriage is a really good reason to be insecure.
It is his actions that make the marriage unstable, and your choice to stay that makes the insecurities come on.. 
Maybe it is time for some marriage counseling.

Why would he say that it’s your fault and why does he always threaten to divorce you? 
• Do you have trust issues?
• Has he cheated on you before? If so, I don’t see why you didn’t leave. 
• Have you done anything in the relationship to make him question if he wants to be with you?
• Do you guys fight a lot? If so, what about?
• Does he have trust issues? 
• If you have a lot of arguments, is it over petty things?

I dated a guy for 3 years and he was like that. Every time we would fight he would just want to end things so I would keep my mouth shut and walk on egg shells around him. My current bf is way different, if we disagree on something we can sit down and have an author discussion without him threatening to end things with me. Just know your worth
