Bleeding on depo

Hey guys so I been on depo for 3 months like 2 yes ago and don't remember having so many issues like this time. I got the shot May 10th I have not had any bleeding whatsoever. Today I go to bathroom and TMI but there's blood when I wipe. Not a lot but it's red like a period. So a little while later I start cramping and take Ibuprofen. Next time I go to bathroom I'm bleeding still but not as much on the pad like a normal period is usually.not sure if it's "spotting'' bc it's not like little drops . Did anyone else experience this at all?
