Anyone else have really bad acne?

I’m 11w1d and my acne is out of control. I’m 24 and have struggled with my skin in the last year but my dermatologist said it should clear up once I got pregnant! If anything it’s gotten 10x worse! Has anyone’s skin cleared up after the first trimester? It’s really screwing with my self esteem and making it hard for me to take pictures with my husband... I don’t wanna deal with this my entire pregnancy!! 😭😞

Mine is the worst it’s ever been too. Usually I get flare ups around my period but this is like being on a constant period 😫 my skin is suffering!

Same! 8wk+4 and ive been breaking out horribly all over my chin, jawline, nose, and neck. My first clue I was pregnant was that my skin was so so bad, I usually don’t have bad breakouts. Hoping it clears up in the 2nd trimester.

I’m 10w3d and have horrible acne right now!! I hate it and it makes me feel so self conscious. It’s all over my chin, jaw and cheeks. Praying it gets better once I am able to stop using the progesterone suppositories. I didn’t have acne like this when I was pregnant with my son at all

10 weeks and I’m breaking out so horribly on my chin and jawline 😩 it’s been awful. I really hope my hormones chill out soon.

I had bad acne while pregnant with my daughter and it lasted the entire pregnancy unfortunately. I tried, but there was nothing I could do to get rid of it. Was super depressing! Sorry this isn’t motivating. It did clear up shortly after birth though.

With my first, I had bad acne during the first trimester. I don’t remember when it got better, but it did! Now I’m pregnant with my second and have it bad again! I’m assuming it’s the hormones on overload that are doing it - but hopeful it’ll go away again soon!

I’m in the same boat as you, a week behind though. I have PCOS so my face got really bad 2 months after I went off bc. My face has just gotten even more oily and breaking out like crazy since getting pregnant. I’m hoping it gets better. Fingers crossed!!!
