STD !!! PLEASE HELP

So my ex gave me a STI , and never told me (yes he knew because he admit it to me (today) ) but we been broken up for 6 months and I went to the doctor to do check up and came back with "Trick " please dont judge me because I didn't know he was cheating on me. So., I started to talk to another guy we been talking for 4 months and the other day we had sex unprotected . And than today my text results came back positive for "trich" now im crying . I dont know how to tell my friend I had sex with that I got something . Please help me. I feel so bad.
