Nervous and in need of advice

Hi I want to say first that last year I was diagnosed with M.S. and also had 3 miscarriages after trying for 2 years to get pregnant.

So I am wanting advice on my medication should I or shouldn't I stop taking it? There are no clear test saying it will hurt the baby, and I have miscarried every time I have stopped my meds before. My doctor's saying that I don't need to take it but I am afraid of losing another one.

I am also considering quitting my jobs it is very stressful and can often require me to lift heavy objects. It also requires a lot of walking, what are thoughts on this as well?
