What to drink for 16 month old?

My daughter will be 16 months on the 24th and the only thing she’ll really drink is milk. Occasionally I’ll give her juice diluted with water. What else can I give her to drink? I was told not to give her more than 20oz of milk a day.

I only allow milk and water. Milk 3x a day (sometimes less), water the rest of the day. There’s no reason for them to have anything else.

My 16 month old doesn’t like juice it’s so weird. He only drinks milk and water. And his doctor and dentist says it’s just fine and they actually recommended only water and milk since the sugar from juice will mess with their teeth and stuff. He has a sippy cup with water throughout the day and with meals. And milk in the morning and at night and sometimes during lunch.

We only do milk and water! That’s all they need. Maybe once a month or less she will have juice at a special event. I occasionally let her sip my hot or iced unsweetened tea. Sugary drinks are so bad for their teeth.

I give my son almond milk up to 4 time a day, but usually 2 times a day, and he drinks v8 juice bc he still has digestion problems, and it really helps make sure he stays regular.
