Need Advice please

Hello I’m currently 13 days late for my period I took a home pregnancy two days before my period was due and it was negative and then on day 6 of being late I got a blood test done and again negative it was at a 1 so my question is has this ever happened to anybody before and you still up pregnant, because my periods are normal I come on time every month it may had been at least one or twice I was two days late, but now I’m 12 days late. Both me and my husband have been trying to have a baby for 7years and we even went through

IVF

2 months ago and still nothing. So if you have any advice or experience this before please help idk what else to do.
